Postdoc research at the Institute for Ecosystem research of the CAU Kiel, in the research program “Holocene fire history in Northern Germany, inferred from peat and sediment charcoal records with various spatial resolution in selected areas of Schleswig-Holstein” Funded by the German foundation of Research (DFG-Projekt NE970/9-1) to Dr. Oliver Nelle and Dr. Marie-Josée Nadeau.



PhD research – binational affiliation at the University of Kiel (Germany) & Aix-Marseille University (France). Granted by the graduate school “Human Development in Landscapes” of the Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel, Germany: “Reconstruction of fire and forest history on several investigation sites in Germany, based on long and short–term investigations – Multiproxy approaches contributing to naturalness assessment on a local scale.”
